ONE OF A KIND Half Moon Sonoran Gold fringe earrings

Recycled sterling silver half moon fringe spike earrings featuring two different but equally special stones, Sonoran Gold Turquoise. The stones are not perfectly matched, and as such make this a truly unique piece of jewellery. The half circle base is hand-sawn by me from a sheet of ecosilver, an environmentally friendly alternative to sterling silver with the same properties. Six ecosilver fringe spikes adorn the bottom which was meticulously filed, sanded, hammered, drilled and shaped. The fringes are connected to the base of the half moon by six handmade and hand-sawn jump rings, each soldered shut to last a lifetime. So much time and a true labour of love, this is a statement piece that is lightweight but with lots of movement and attitude. Rock on.

All items are handmade by me, in my small home studio in Northumberland. It always starts from a piece of silver (always recycled whenever I can) using traditional silversmithing techniques. It is slow made, in small batches with a lot of heart and intention. As such no two will ever be the same, and will have natural imperfections. This is something I personally adore, that's what gives each piece its alluring details, originality and soulful nature. Because of this, my pieces are created to be as unique as you are, with no two exactly the same.
